We are currently seeking to hire a Personal Assistant for a permanent role working closely with Partners, based in our Transfer Pricing department in the Dublin office.

A Snapshot Of Your Peer Group

  • 5+ years’ experience assisting C-Level with excellent administration skills and an ability to work unsupervised on day-to-day duties and tasks.
  • Prioritising work, using time management and organisational skills. Be able to work under pressure.
  • Must possess an ability to multi-task with a strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
  • Proactively look for and take on tasks and provide regular feedback on status.
  • Ability to interact and develop relationships at all levels.
  • Reliability / Flexibility.
  • Highly discreet and confidential
  • Willingness to contribute with the implementation of new processes for the benefit of the group.
  • Experience with organising Outlook calendar/ email inbox management specifically on behalf of others.
  • Advanced PC skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with a high degree of accuracy
  • A working knowledge of SAP and CRM systems would be a definite advantage but not essential as training will be provided.


Your responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us. Here is what you can initially expect:

  • Comprehensive and proactive diary and email management for Partners along with travel management, processing expense claims and some personal matters.
  • Own the timesheet process for the Group, ensuring weekly completion and submission, follow up on any outstanding timesheets. Work with IT and the associates where any technical issue exists and keep relevant parties informed of progress.
  • Work with the Risk Management Officer on TP matters and over time, become the initial point of contact for any Risk Management queries for the TP practice.
  • Provide administration assistance to the PDM group with group presentations including scheduling, booking rooms, formatting of presentations, catering requirements, etc.
  • Maintain internal databases – proposals / credentials / external databases used
  • Maintain the holiday / exam leave schedule for the practice group
  • General administrative duties to include arranging meetings, managing incoming and outgoing post, photocopying, filing, etc.
  • Supporting the PDM group with coding of third party invoices, generating client fees, write offs and job code maintenance.
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support the TP practice: incoming / outgoing post, stationary, printing, archiving, etc
  • Become an expert on KPMG internal systems and maintain same; Analyse data generated from internal systems.
  • Liaise and build relationships with clients and internal divisions on behalf of the team.
  • Become involved in marketing initiatives/ event management, if and when required.
  • Liaise and work with PAs in other departments – actively share knowledge.
  • Assist with any other ad-hoc projects and duties as appropriate
