Task

Volunteer drivers are being sought for the Meals on Wheels service in Monaghan town. Drivers will be asked to: collect food from a designated point deliver the food to the homes of elderly people around Monaghan town spend a few minutes chatting with the older people they encounter on the delivery route return containers to the collection point

About Us

St. Vincent de Paul Meals on Wheels is a program that delivers meals to individuals at home who are unable to purchase or prepare their own meals. Research shows that home-delivered meal programs significantly improve diet quality, increase nutrient intakes and improve quality-of-life among the recipients.
