This is a hybrid role, requiring presence in our Dublin office at least two times per week.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Mid-level Product Designer with a passion for creating user-centered, delightful experiences on native mobile applications.

The Human Engagement team is at the forefront of Workhuman's mission to create a more human centered workplace. If you are passionate about designing products that enhance user engagement, expand collaboration, and empower users to recognize each other better, this team is the ideal place to make a significant impact.

With our mobile native app, you will be exploring and testing innovative features that are unique and independent from our desktop experience. There is a lot of user testing required to understand if the flows, and navigation feel natural to users.

The Value You Will Deliver

• Creating user flows and designing solutions that align with strategic goals.
• Collaborating with product management, product research and analytics to understand users, the context and the competitive landscape.
• Running an end-to-end design process: collaborating with engineering, shipping products and making iterative improvements from sketches to delivery.
• Looking at ways to improve user engagement using a data-informed approach at the various stages of the user journey.
• Ensuring the quality and standard of your work alongside our design system.
• Designing accessible solutions and creating prototypes in Figma.
• Participate in broader design team’s goals and activities to help improve our processes (e. g. Design System).
  

The Skills You Will Bring

• A portfolio showcasing your design knowledge across multiple brands and industries
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in a product design (UI/ UX) role or similar capacity.
• Comprehensive understanding of mobile-first patterns, heuristics and accessibility.
• Proficient with user-centered methodologies, drafting user journeys and making use of data to guide our design decisions in designing and prototyping with Figma.
• Consistently positive attitude and emotional awareness, approaching challenges optimistically.
• Ability to comprehend the complexities of design decisions and effectively communicate them to your team and peers.
