The HR Intern will apply and complement theoretical knowledge, develop the work competences, and acquire a practical experience through different tasks and responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment processes, including job openings, candidate screening and coordinating interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies.
• Coordinate training sessions and development programs for employees.
• Provide administrative support for various HR functions.

Profile

SKILLS:

• Enthusiastic, proactive and team player.
• Attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Dynamic and quick learner.

PROFILE:

• Degree in psychology, human resources, law or related field.
• Fluent in English (C1), French is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Previous experience in an HR Department is a plus.
