Posizione:

We are currently looking for a Help Desk Specialist that will mainly ensure:

Support

Provide technical support (Help Desk) for both HW and SW to users of the enterprise information system.

Support in the management of e-mail server, file server, backups, and all other business infrastructure applications of IT expertise;

Computer Management

Manage the installation, maintenance, and configuration of computer workstations and printing peripherals;

Compliance

Assist in reviewing and updating procedures in accordance with corporate quality policies.

Requisiti:

• High school diploma with a technical scientific focus
• Networking knowledge
• Complex operating systems
• Microsoft Office, backup SW, Exchange Server:
• At least 2 years of experience in the same role
• Client-oriented
