As a General Ledger Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining the integrity of the company's financial records, and supporting various accounting functions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to the overall financial health of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with closing activities on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Preparation of journal entries, payroll processing, and monthly GL account reconciliations for the US-based accounting team.
• Provide assistance in preparing audit schedules and ensuring appropriate documentation and controls are in place for internal and external audits.
• Assist local statutory audit and compliance to ensure all filings are complete, accurate and filed timely.
• Help develop, maintain and monitor SOX controls and procedures.
  
  

Key Requirements

• Fully ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA Qualified Accountant with 1-2 years post Qualification experience
• Experience with the full financial close cycle
• Skills in Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint
