Role Overview:

Part Time: 3 days per week

Days of Work: Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday

Working Hours: 08:30am – 5pm

Rate of Pay: €13 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact / front of house for all visitors to Mitie Head Office.
  • Manage deliveries & organization of parcel room.
  • Stationary orders for the office including orders for printer & franking machine.
  • Group Lunch orders for meetings
  • Add new starters to the travel tool.
  • Issuing office communication emails & reminders regarding office etiquette, meeting room bookings etc.
  • Visitor Badge management
  • Managing incoming post for the office
  • Managing the info Ireland email address.
  • Arranging transport / Order Taxi’s if required

About you:

  • Proficient in using all standard Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Email etc.)
  • Excellent telephone manner, being always polite and courteous.
  • A team player who can confidently interact with others, but who is also able to work independently.
  • Logical thinker with good organisation and administration skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
