A Digital Platform Marketing Manager is required to develop digital platforms and work on projects for a global audience, with a specific focus on the corporate website, social media, new channels and art direction of multimedia content.
Permanent full time hybrid position based in South Dublin.
What you will do:
- Manage the Corporate Website and product own the site
- Lead on major platform rebuild, vendor management and budget associated with
- Keep yourself and the wider team abreast of the latest best practice trends in corporate websites, recommending updates/modifications as appropriate
- Manage the Internal Employee Website
- Lead on planned platform transition
- Manage key functional stakeholder relationships across all of the above
- Manage performance of direct report(s), responsible for proactive content calendar delivery
- Deliver Group multimedia content (video, podcasts, graphic design) to the highest possible standard
- Responsibility for message delivery, e.g. leadership appearing in videos, featuring in podcasts, etc. Experience in coaching/managing upwards here is highly desirable
- Write, edit and proof-read scripts, ensuring quality and authenticity
- Responsibility for ancillary digital tools e.g. Group video / podcast / quiz hosting platforms, etc.
- Keep abreast of best practices and emerging technologies, making recommendations as appropriate
What you need to do the job
- 5+ years of managing digital channels and creating multimedia content in a fast-paced environment preferably in professional services sector
- Skilled in content generation for digital applications, with excellent understanding of the nuances of content for different media, e.g. video scripts, blog posts, infographics
- Strong awareness of various content management systems and technologies
- Proven track record of senior stakeholder management
- Knowledge of audio/visual production processes
- Strong working knowledge of various multimedia disciplines (design, editing, etc.)
- Design software knowledge (Adobe Creative Cloud) , HTML/CSS a big plus
- You are confident in taking the lead on digital projects and have the ability to project manage
- You like to keep up with the latest trends and innovations in digital media
- You believe in your own ideas and can gain buy-in to your vision
- College degree, preferably relating to digital technology and/or multimedia
