As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our team to include a Customer Service Manager who will lead our customer service team in ensuring that our customer service function ensures best in class service to all Sculpted by Aimee customers. The ideal candidate should have the ability to demonstrate leadership, organisation and a strong ability to multitask.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Lead, delegate and direct the customer service team to ensure best in class service is provided to all Sculpted by Aimee customers
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via email and live chat, providing accurate information about products, services, and order queries and resolve customer issues and concerns effectively, acting as the point of escalation for direct reports on the customer service team.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and cancellations.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Process returns and exchanges according to established procedures.
  • Stay informed about the company's products and services to provide comprehensive assistance to customers.
  • Continuously update knowledge base and share insights with the customer service team.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to address customer needs.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Generate reports on customer service metrics for management review.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Key Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in a customer service, shared services or similar management role Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and possession of interpersonal skills to be able to relate cordially with different customer profiles and categories of people
  • Familiarity with customer service software and systems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to be able to quickly resolve customer complaints and other issues that may arise from time to time.
  • Ability to work under pressure and still meet up with deadlines.
  • Able to demonstrate ability to manage own time, prioritise effectively and work under pressure.
  • Display excellent customer service etiquette.
  • Previous experience in beauty / cosmetics brand or retail related business is desired.
