At the heart of Deutsche Bank is the Corporate Bank (CB), a market leader in cash management, trade finance, lending, trust and agency services and securities services, as well as risk management for foreign exchange and interest rates.

As part of the Corporate Trust Debt and Agency team, you will have responsibility for a broad portfolio of transactions and will be required to engage directly with clients in addition to the various internal and external transaction parties who perform functions on the clients deal. Products in scope range across Conventional debt (including but not limited to programme debt, High Yield and Eurobond debt), Middle East and North Africa (MENA) and Sukuk debt Services.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of a portfolio of client relationships, ensuring deals and transactions are executed as the client requires, alongside working with both external and internal stakeholders to ensure the client’s expectations are met
  • Managing ongoing and adhoc deal-related queries from all stakeholders (clients, counsel, operations, clearing systems etcetera.) involved in a deal or transaction
  • Overseeing required necessary approvals for client onboarding and deal set-up
  • Preparing, amending, and gaining the necessary business approvals on legal documents in partnership with the Transaction Management Group
  • Creating necessary reporting such as annual reviews, notices to stock exchanges etc.
  • Running deal unscheduled ad-hoc events, such as, redemption, corporate actions, and complex restructurings


Your Skills And Experience

  • Relevant experience in a similar role or in a Corporate Trust, cash management, capital markets, custody or loan administration function or environment
  • A good understanding of the global financial services industry and Debt capital markets
  • Knowledge of the following: Payment processing, Issuing and Paying Agency, international or domestic clearing systems, capital markets documentation, Capital Markets Operations, Debt issuance processes, with experience of documentation review an advantage
  • Confident and experienced in client relationships, able to build a rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients and other internal/external stakeholders
