Real Estate Investment Intern

About Vissē Capital:

Vissē Capital is a Multi-Family Office specializing in Real Estate, Capital Markets, and Private Equity. In real estate, we focus on value add projects with costs between $1M and $10M, managed under three brands:

• Peterhouse Partners: Educational developments.
• Albedo Homes: Premium residential developments.
• Albedo Rooms: Flex-living spaces.

Role Description:

The intern will support the Real Estate team with:

• Market research and feasibility studies.
• Financial modeling and investment analysis.
• Monitoring project performance and preparing reports.
• Developing strategies to expand the reach of Vissē Capital’s real estate brands.

Requirements:

• Graduated in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills (Excel & Power Point).
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Interest in real estate investments and project management.
• Previous experience working.
