YOUR MISSION

Join the dynamic People Team as a Talent Intern within our global Talent Development and Diversity Team. In this role you will take care of the coordination of learning data, you will support our global onboarding and you will perform research on our DIB trends and practices.

THE JOURNEY

In this role you will:

  • Organize and keep track of learning completion data, ensuring every detail is meticulously tracked for accuracy
  • Monitor training progress and training attendance, and provide timely follow-ups to ensure participants stay on track
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process by managing new joiner reports, communicating clearly and efficiently with new hires and managers, and coordinating onboarding activities with precision
  • Conduct thorough and structure research to gather, update and organize Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) trends and practices, building a comprehensive library of resources
  • Support the Talent team in on-site events, anticipating needs and addressing them proactively with attention to detail.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

You have:

  • Orientation to detail: you have a meticulous approach to work, ensuring no detail is overlooked in tasks like data entry, tracking training progress or maintaining onboarding reports
  • Analytical thinking: you have problem solving kills and the ability to analyze data from training programs or onboarding processes to make informed recommendations
  • Research skills: you have a proactive and curious mindset. You are comfortable with contacting research across various HR related topics. You are able to synthesize and organize information to create resources that are useful and easy to access for the team.
  • Team collaboration & communication: you have collaborative spirit and you have a strong commitment to supporting colleagues in a fast paced environment. You know how to communicate effectively with clarity and professionalism.
