The chief compliance officer will play a key role in driving the business towards its commercial goals. This is a non-PCF role, sitting on the board of a high growth firm who have a core commercial focus on its compliance with both statutory and regulatory obligations.

As the chief compliance officer you will:

* Lead global compliance function of 40+ compliance professionals
* Enhance compliance framework to achieve effectiveness built for scale
* Partner with the Group CEO and SLT on new product launch and market entry
* Spotlight regulatory risks amongst the executive team and present mitigation solutions
* Take a board seat amongst an executive team who value compliance leadership
