Business Administrator

Role: Full-time, 12 months Fixed Term Contract

Location: Cork, Ireland

Salary: Competitive + bonus + significant benefits


The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for an analytically minded and meticulous individual to join our small friendly team as a Business Information Administrator covering a wide variety of tasks while supporting our Financial Analyst and wider teams.

Role includes:

  • Managing the order and invoice process via the CRM system
  • Verifying and reconciling all transactions as well as maintaining customer database
  • Update and provide sales activity reports
  • Update and provide pricing reports
  • General office / administrative support including, reception duties, greeting visitors and managing incoming and outgoing post


The Person

  • Excellent Excel skills and ability to capture and analyse data
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Understanding of industry compliance
  • Able to manage your own workload in-line with timelines and multi-task
  • A team player willing to take on all levels of tasks to help the office run smoothly
  • Third level qualification preferred
