The Process Automation delivery team is a cross-functional team, created to deliver a consistent and transformational automation programme across the whole of the Flutter UK&I Division.
The team will drive the programme through a mix of process redesign and the design and build of processes in the businesses chosen RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tool, among others. The team is also responsible for the management of relationships across multiple teams to ensure effective delivery of the programme, and a realisation of the benefits.
Reporting directly to the Head of Automation for UK&I, this is an exciting high-profile opportunity for the right candidate.
What You’ll Do
The Process Automation Delivery Manager will be openly curious about how work gets done across all departments, be outcome focused delivering cost savings and be a driver of change and automation for the UK&I. The successful candidate will have the ability to create, prioritise and deliver our Automation Roadmap. The role will also encompass management of a team of business analysts and design analysts and their personal development.
- Guide new ideas through ideation process to ensure they are sufficiently defined to address the strategic goals, collaborating with the relevant key stakeholders to define the prioritised Roadmap.
- Implement best practice processes to ensure we can clearly define and communicate requirements to stakeholders, deliver scalable stable solutions at pace, and create a culture of Automation in the UK&I.
- Manage the execution, monitoring and controlling of delivery using an agile methodology.
- Proactive risk management, by enabling the team to identify and call out any risks and plans to mitigate these. Manage escalated risks that need your support and escalate higher where appropriate.
- Communicate openly and effectively with Management and Senior Leadership on progress, risks and benefits delivered.
- Provide day to day management of the Process Automation team including setting goals & carrying out regular performance management reviews.
- Establish a strong understanding of the cost, execution and benefit realisation of each of our deliverables.
- Work closely with the Head of Automation to ensure lessons learnt and problem statements are shared, best practices and governance are implemented at a delivery level, and new technologies are embedded in the delivery team.
- Work closely with the Maintenance manager to ensure clear handovers of processes and clearly communicate expectations of maintenance to process owners.
- Work closely with other delivery managers within your own team and also across the business to ensure we are sharing lessons learnt, ideas and best practices.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels within the organization.
