The Identification and Interventions team in Flutter UKI are part of the UKI Customer Operations function. We are also part of the UKI Customer Safety Tribe, where functions across the division come together to deliver against our Customer Safety Strategy

We’re ready to welcome a super talented Strategy Manager to develop, manage and oversee our Interventions strategy across our UKI brands! In this role you will report to the Head of Identification and Interventions and will work closely alongside our Identification Strategy Manager. You will also be supported by a Strategy Analyst.

Your role in ‘better’

• Development of our Interventions Framework and Contact Strategy, focusing on how/when we intervene with customers we have identified as at risk, and how we measure the success of these interventions
• Working with a wider range of stakeholders, including Product and Technology teams, to ensure that we design and deliver the optimum safety experience for customers
• Defining the appropriate intervention at each stage of the customer journey (both lower effort onsite/in-app and higher effort operational/manual) and ensuring that our interventions deliver the desired outcomes from a customer experience and safety perspective
• Measuring the effectiveness of our interventions and operational processes to ensure they operate correctly, remain regulatory compliant and drive appropriate customer outcomes
• Identifying and prioritisation of key initiatives to deliver the maximum value and identifying opportunities for better alignment across UKI brands
  
  

How you’ll create ‘better’

• You will be customer obsessed and extremely passionate about Safer Gambling
• You will act as a Safer Gambling subject matter expert, making use of research, user studies and internal/external data to inform the interventions strategy and identify key initiatives
• You will be able to take a strategic approach to achieving our objectives and challenge the status-quo in search for meaningful progress and improvement
• You will have excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills
• You will be a structured thinker with a proven ability to plan and deliver outcomes that contribute to achieving the overarching strategy
• You will use strong analytical skills to identify opportunities, drive engagement and support for initiatives and to measure impact of deliverables
• You will work well under time pressure and a degree of environmental turbulence and therefore be comfortable operating in ambiguity!
• Knowledge of the UKGCs regulatory requirements and other relevant regulation and laws would be an advantage
