What You'll Be Working On
In your new role, you will be working as a Software Manager for the R&D part of the business in an expanding team. You'll be leading a team of engineers in the development of medical diagnostic analysers. You should have a proven track record in strategy, roadmap development, team building, system integration, and on-time product delivery. As a key leader, you'll be part of a multidisciplinary engineering team working on complex problems to meet the needs of laboratories of all sizes.
This is a fully on-site role with flexi-time options.

What You'll Need To Succeed
You should have extensive experience in leading a high-performing software team, with a focus on innovation and collaboration. You should be proficient in translating customer needs into detailed specifications, integrating software with various technologies, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Knowledge of the software development life cycle, including strong programming skills (C, C#, C++), is essential. You should be able to work across multiple functional boundaries, make informed decisions, and have excellent communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline and 10+ years of relevant engineering experience are required.
