Role: Site Manager/Section Manager

Client: Residential self-build Developer

Project Location: West Dublin

Salary: €70k- €85k + strong package (vehicle allowance/vehicle, pension, bonus, healthcare)

Overview

Our Client are an established residential Developer with several large-scale developments in the Dublin region. We are actively searching for Site Managers to look after sections of a major development in West Dublin.

This is an important site-based position. As Site/Section Manager you will be responsible for the on-time and within budget delivery phases of Timber-Frame or traditional build housing. You will have key responsibilities to ensure site safety, compliance, planning and programming.

Requirements:.

• Background in residential developments essential
• Degree qualified in a Construction related subject or time served apprenticeship
• 7+ years’ experience within residential, commercial construction.
• EHS and Quality focus
• You will have high standards and a high attention to detail.
• Having a solid understanding of managing a safe construction site
• Strong communication skills
• Competent IT skills
