What We Do
We move 1 million boxes per week, we have over 100,000 square foot of warehousing and we employ over 600 direct employees across the Primeline Group, from warehouse operatives, transport drivers, field sales representatives and many support roles based in our Head Office located in Ashbourne, Co. Meath. Primeline is multifaceted, and we operate across many industries including FMCG, retail, pharmacy, media, automotive, print, ambient food and technology and we provide cutting edge supply chain solutions to companies operating in Ireland. We service over 4500 retailers and have
a fleet of over 200 vehicles.

What Our Day to Day Will Look Like?
Daily banking/ lodgement and cash applications.
Monthly bank reconciliation.
Processing of direct debit files.
Management of a Key Account Aged Debtors Ledger.
Ability to forecast payments.
Evaluation of credit risk and the set-up of new accounts in line with the current credit policy.
Credit checks using online service provider.
Ability to understand and utilise the credit insurance interface.
Allocation of payments on our software.
Communicating and relationship building with the sales and customer support teams.
Responding to and resolving queries within agreed timelines via email and customer portal.
Responsible for monitoring EDI transmissions and resolving invoicing queries.
Escalation of account issues to the Team Leader/Group Credit Manager.
Collection of payments within the agreed credit terms and limits.
Daily inbound/outbound calls to ensure prompt payments.
Follow internal escalation processes for late/non-paying accounts.
Debtor meetings with Commercial Team to review overdue accounts and unresolved queries.
bad debt and write off recommendations.
Issue of monthly statements.
Processing of credit notes.
Monthly reporting as required.
Other Ad-hoc Duties And Reports As Required
What Skills do You Need For This Role
Significant time spent in credit control role.
Customer credit assessment is a distinct advantage.
Ability to prioritise workload and achieve targets.
Excellent reporting skills.
Intermediate Excel Skills Are Required.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve set targets.
Professional approach in all aspects of the role and ability to follow through on queries until resolution.
Previous experience in FMCG industry would be an advantage but not essential.
OTC experience.
D365 Experience Not Essential But Beneficial.
