Are you ready to drive your career forward and make a real impact in the automotive industry? Volkswagen Group Ireland's Group Aftersales is seeking a dynamic Planning Executive to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Planning Executive, you'll support Volkswagen Group Ireland's impressive portfolio of six competitive brands: Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, SEAT, CUPRA, and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Performance Analysis: Dive deep into parts performance, sales channels, and market trends across diverse product categories, including Genuine Parts, Accessories, Tyres, Oil, and Equipment.
- Forecasting Expertise: Harness your analytical prowess to forecast and plan at the service partner level. Your insights will empower the Group Aftersales Head of Planning to make well-informed decisions and propose monthly forecasts across all product categories.
- Opportunity Spotting: Identify growth opportunities at service partner and product category levels. Craft persuasive proposals for retailer communication and present recommendations to the Group Aftersales Head of Planning for approval.
- Insightful Reporting: Create insightful reports and presentations that evaluate crucial performance areas. These findings will be presented to the Management and Volkswagen AG, adding significant value to our operations.
Skills and Experience Required:

- Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical and commercial skills to spot opportunities for our group brands.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a collaborative mindset, ensuring we overcome challenges as a team.
- Data Proficiency: High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and presentation skills to effectively communicate insights.
