This is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic, high calibre part qualified accountant to join a leading technology investment team. The candidate must be able to work as part of a team of professionals from various backgrounds engaged in investing in technology companies based in Dublin with hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities of Part Qual Accountant:

* Investor Reporting:

• Preparation of quarterly financial fund accounts and investor reports
• Drafting investor presentations
• Monitoring investment performance (including KPIs)
• Responding to investor queries

* Developing, implementing and maintenance of compliance and regulatory procedures
* ESG and FATCA/CRS reporting
* Managing and assisting the junior members of the team
* Support with external audit queries
* Support with ad-hoc finance projects
* Identifying process improvements (including Information Systems)

Key Experience of Part Qual Accountant:

* Part qualified, fund experience would be beneficial
* Strong commercial acumen
* Experience in venture capital / private equity is desirable
* Strong end user computing skills in particular the Office 365 Suite
* Sage 50 experience or experience working with accounting systems
* Ownership of investor reporting process from start to finish
* Strong accountancy skills
* Experience with databases or management information systems desirable
* Proven communication skills and strong attention to detail
* Good organisational skills and problem solving skills.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
* The candidate will be a self starter, have the ability to work off their own initiative as well as being flexible and energetic with an outgoing personality capable of working as part of a team.
