We are currently seeking a Managing Consultant for the Technology team. As a Managing Consultant on the desk you will be responsible for sourcing professionals within specific sectors whilst developing new business with clients.

You will have a minimum of 2 years recruitment agency experience, including developed business development skills.

Responsibilities

· This is a 360 role - proactively headhunting candidates and developing and establishing new business relationships

· The successful applicant will be focused on building a profitable desk within the technology and commerce and industry markets, working closely with the existing team, sharing information and contacts, and taking advantage of our extensive existing client base.

· You will be responsible for achieving set targets.

· Responsible for mentoring an Associate Consultant/Consultant/Senior Consultant within your team whilst holding key relationships across the desk

· Responsible for developing a desk from scratch, sourcing candidates via headhunting, from junior to board level and matching them to suitable roles

· Defining clients requirements whilst mapping out the organisational structure, the culture and clients annual growth plans · Networking with candidates and clients frequently, organising networking events and client presentations

· Influencing candidates and clients to gather insightful information and conversing technically about the market

· Cross selling other disciplines and incorporating other business areas into the relationships cultivated Experience

· As a Recruiter you must demonstrate that you are a proven business developer and networker, with an appetite for mentoring and developing others

· You will have excellent communication skills, an impressive presence and demonstrate the ability to build long term business relationships
