CONTEXT
You will be integrated in Richemont’s Group Technology product area Human Resources, you will belong to the HR Core, Compensation and Payroll team and will report to the HRIS Product Area Manager Compensation & Payroll.
You will be primarily responsible for projects deployment and support in the HR Applications area, focused on the Self-Service applications for Employees and Managers.
The scope covers all Maisons held by the group on a worldwide scale.
You will be also required to coordinate communication and partnership with other IT teams, the HR Product Owner and business Key-Users.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Your 3 main responsibilities will be :
- Business Consulting
Support Global HR Tools and local processes in a complex environment (multiple entities and countries of the Group) according to the Enterprise Application Department Project Management Methodology.
Support Business Stakeholders in analysis and design of business processes
Evaluate processes efficiency and propose improvement
Document processes in a consistent and simple way
- HR Digital Transformation
Design and lead the stream of the Self-Service solutions in the scope of the HR Digital Transformation
Provide technical expertise on Self-Service capabilities but also on Chatbot, RPA, Case Management.
Participate in Global components deployment
Support and manage HR digitalization activities
Comply with group guidelines on Documentation, Change Management and Audit processes
Report to Management and evaluate potential support and projects risks and priorities
- Support Digital Operations
Troubleshoot and support the current Self-Services applications based on SAP FIORI
Support and improve the Employee File Management solution
Support and setup of technical infrastructure: integration, middleware, APIs …
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?
- You have a degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- You have at least 5 years of experience of successful implementation of HRIS systems (from the planning phase to the Golive)
- You have a strong technical knowledge on SAP HR system and Workday
- You have strong hands-on experience with SAP FIORI and all the Self-Service applications
- Additional experience on non-SAP HR tools such as SuccessFactors, UKG, Cornerstone and others is considered as a plus
- You need to have good Listening and Communication skills
- You are problems solving oriented with a strong focus on final objectives
- You are open minded and curious individual with flexible and creative thinking mindset
- You are at ease to hold conversations with business and technology partners in English
