YOUR MISSION
The Governance, Risk, and Compliance Team aims to improve business processes and mitigate risks by implementing internal controls and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations at all levels and in all aspects of the business. We are part of an international environment in which we are handling group-level policies and procedures.
THE JOURNEY
- Report to the Governance, Risk & Compliance Leader in all related functions.
- Strive to deliver exceptional and responsive service by providing risk and compliance management expertise in a clear, solution-oriented and customer-focused to all stakeholders and the business areas;
- Provide objective, independent risk and compliance assessments and recommendations;
- Support on compliance investigations and reporting;
- Being involved in the Crime Prevention Model for Spain, Italy and Portugal;
- Analyse and promote compliance policies; Review commercial compliance clauses;
- Support maintenance of risks and controls in line with taxonomy, framework and assessment process;
- Support implementation of GRC program and initiatives, identify required improvements and drive implementation.
- Support risk management team to identify, assess, manage, mitigate and monitor risk across our entities; focus on SWE and SEE regions;
- Proactively manage projects with a focus on solution implementation and process improvement
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business or related areas;
- From 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in any of the following: compliance / risk management / audit or related areas
- Excellent English language skills. Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to prepare excellent reports, executive presentations and dynamic training; Good knowledge of Canva and other design tools;
- Ability to navigate across multiple geographies and cultures;
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player and build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including strengths in influencing, conflict management and negotiation;
- High energy and creativity, an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to work in a growing and changing environment;
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
- Previous experience in the Big 4 would be an advantage.
- Certification in ICA, CAMS, IFCA or similar is a plus.
