European Sales Support Executive (French speaking), 12-month contract

Reporting to the Commercial Centre of Excellence Manager.

The objective of this role is to deliver an excellent standard of Sales Support for both channel, AWS and xSP business. With this role you will be part of the European Commercial Centre of Excellence (CCE) Team and required to collaborate with all areas of the business working closely with the Field Sales teams, Marketing and Channel Partners. This role requires candidates to be highly motivated with excellent Communication and organisational skills.

Duties & Responsibilities


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the Sales team across the region to deliver support required in order to help grow the business.
  • Assist the sales team achieve their revenue number by advising them on quote structures, providing pricing and discounting advice and assisting with some operational admin tasks.
  • Manage an efficient inbound query handling service from Sales and becoming first point of contact for all operational queries.
  • SME for Sales force support account creation, assignment, and opportunity management, ensuring sales pipeline records are updated accordingly.
  • Record, Manage & redirect leads/opportunities to sales where necessary.
  • Communicating and advising sellers on pricing, applicable systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Initiate regular update meetings/conference calls with Sales teams with the purpose of keeping them informed of activities, performance, and general feedback.
  • Become familiar with all in-house systems which support the business and to continue to keep up to date with any new developments.

You have


  • Fluent written and spoken English, with French
  • Business or other relevant 3rd level qualification desirable
  • Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar Sales/Customer support role
  • Good understanding and knowledge of the dynamics of a sales organisation
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Windows
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent administration, organisational, analytical and time management skills
  • An ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot problems, execute & deliver results.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure
