We are seeking to recruit a candidate who has the desire and proven track record in continually seeking to improve things. You will be keen to both challenge and change existing processes, while identifying better ways of doing things and embracing new technologies
Responsibilities:
- Work with colleagues from across the Bank to proactively identify and deliver opportunities for improved efficiency and effectiveness through Lean Operations Management, process re-engineering, and greater use of technology. On a day-to-day basis, this will mean:
- Collaborating with colleagues to identify how things work today and seeing what improvement could be made.
- Organising and running workshops with Subject Matter Experts across the Bank.
- Developing "As-Is" review documents and proposed "To-Be" designs, writing up outcomes and making recommendations.
Requirements:
- A proven track record of identifying and delivering change or small performance improvements to business areas.
- Broad experience and strong understanding of Retail Banking processes, procedures, and regulations.
- Strong process analysis and facilitation skills to elicit insights and requirements from subject matter experts.
- The ability to forge successful relationships and work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to be flexible, multi-task, and prioritise a wide range of tasks/objectives.
- Strong organisational skills and an ability to "self-direct".
This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract role based in Permanent TSB's St. Stephens Green , Dublin (Hybrid- ROI residents only) .
