Zurich Graduate Development Programme

The Zurich Insurance Graduate Development Programme is designed for highly talented graduates with the drive and ambition to become senior technical experts and leaders within our worldwide Group.

The programme is a robust two-year on-the-job training programme, consisting of a series of six-month rotations working across our General Insurance, domestic, and EMEA head offices. By being part of the Zurich Graduate Development Programme, you’ll have access to the most experienced managers and inspirational executives.

Entry Requirements

This programme is open to students who have achieved, or are expected to achieve, a minimum;

• 2:1 Honours Degree or Masters in any discipline
• Master’s or other equivalent post-graduate qualification in a relevant discipline is an advantage
• Graduates should have strong technical, analytical and communication skills
• Demonstration of leadership skills or managerial potential
• Available to work in Ireland on a permanent basis with no visa restrictions.
