We are looking for an experienced Business Controller to join our team. This role requires strong financial planning and analytical skills to support our company's financial health and strategic goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost control, financial reporting, and collaboration across departments (operations and sales) to ensure alignment with financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee financial planning, budget analysis, and forecasting.
• Collaboration: Work closely with departments like operations and sales.
• Financial Reporting: Create and present financial reports to senior management.
• Cost Control: Monitor and control operational costs.
• Performance Analysis: Evaluate financial performance across departments.
• Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks.
• Process Optimization: Improve internal processes to enhance efficiency.
• Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits to ensure policy compliance.
• Decision Support: Provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
• Project Supervision: Track financial progress of specific projects.

Tech Skills:

Financial Analysis & Reporting Tools: Excel Power BI, QlikView

Nice to Have:

Certifications: CIMA, ACCA, CFA

ERP Systems:** SAP, Oracle Financials

Data Analysis Tools: R, Python (pandas, numpy)

Requirements:

Languages: Proficiency in both English and Spanish.

Residency: Must reside in Madrid or Bilbao.

Education: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: +10 years proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and control roles, collaborating with another departments.

Project Management: Experience managing projects in service companies; IT companies experience highly valued.
