Responsibilities

Primary responsibility is managing a renewal sales team. Trains, mentors, coaches, and supervises renewal representatives. Has thorough knowledge of the organization’s products/services. Prioritizes and allocates resources. Typically works with the field sales organization to ensure that renewal representatives are provided adequate support in the field. Maintain and develop strong channel partnerships. Responsible for setting weekly targets, forecasting and ensuring revenue quota is attained.

  • Responsible for EMEA renewal sales targets for a specific business unit
  • Manage accurate forecast for assigned business unit
  • Maintain intimate understanding of maintenance booking potential, renewal rate and loss analysis , s hare key findings & trends with Senior management
  • Supervise renewal activity levels
  • Responsible for the development and performance of all renewals sales activities in assigned business unit
  • Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce
  • Builds a collaborative renewals selling model with our direct sales team
  • Utilize strategic probing to identify, evaluate, and recommend better renewals strategies

Qualifications

  • 2+ years managerial experience of software renewal or inside sales team
  • Undergraduate degree and 4+ years related Inside Sales or Renewals experience
  • Industry experience with Software or Technology highly desired
  • Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
  • Proven track record for success in sales
