About You And This Role

As a Snr. Sales Ops Analyst at Liferay, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient management of individual sales quotas, commission calculations, incentive plans and managing critical processes, tools, and policies that support the smooth day-to-day operations of Liferay.

You will report directly to the Snr. Sales Operations Manager in Dublin and work cross-functionally with the Sales team, HR, Finance and various departments to drive our sales compensation processes, guarantee the effectiveness of our compensation tools, and address commission-related inquiries.

Key Objectives

  • Collaborate with Sales Managers/Sales Operations to set, update & manage individual sales quotas in a centralized location
  • Oversee the functionality and accuracy of Spiff Compensation tool for EMEA
  • Assist with the rollout of Spiff Compensation tool for other regions and functions
  • Act as the main point of contact for commission-related queries from sales representatives
  • Review Salesforce processes and provide recommendations to eisation with ensure seamless integration and synchronization with Spiff Compensation tool
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Finance teams to design commission incentive plans for the upcoming year.
  • Compile and submit accurate commission data to the payroll department for processing.
  • Verify that all commission payments are made correctly and on time.
  • Run regular reports on sales commissions and quotas to track performance.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for adjustments
  • Continuously evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of commission-related processes.
  • Provide recommendations for changes in processes to drive accuracy and efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales operations, commissions management, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of Sales Compensation tools is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of sales compensation best practices is a plus.
