The COO division encompasses several departments supporting the client-facing teams, with a global presence covering a multitude of activities and client services including Operations, Finance & Tax, Information Technology, Credit, Human Resources, Security & Data Governance, Programme Management and General Services. It strives to provide both in-house departments and external providers with a first-rate service to ensure our business operates efficiently.

Mission

The Security Architect will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the security infrastructure of our organization's including cloud-based systems.

Main responsibilities

• Security Strategy Development:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive security strategy that addresses the organization's evolving security needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and align security measures accordingly.

• Risk Assessment and Management:

  • Identify potential security vulnerabilities and risks through thorough analysis of existing systems and processes.
  • Evaluate the impact and potential consequences of security threats and prioritize them based on potential risk.
• Security Architecture Design:
  • Design and implement security architectures for networks, applications, cloud environments, and other systems.
  • Incorporate security controls, encryption, authentication, and access management mechanisms into the architecture.

  Education

  • Education: Bachelor Degree
  • Technical skills: Degree in Computer Science/Computer Studies/Information Technology/Information Security or equivalen
  
  Experience
  • Years of experience: 7-10 : senior
  • Experience required: Experience in IT Security management, preferably in a banking/finance industry environment Strong technical understanding of operational security controls
  • Experience in private banking: Optional
