Your responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and experienced ABAP HCM and SuccessFactors Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions within SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) and SAP SuccessFactors modules. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze business requirements, and deliver high-quality technical solutions that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
ABAP Development for SAP HCM:- Design, develop, and implement custom ABAP programs and enhancements in SAP HCM.
- Maintain and enhance HCM modules such as Payroll, Time Management, Organizational Management, and Personnel Administration.
- Debug and optimize existing ABAP code to ensure efficiency and performance.
- Develop reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF objects).
- SuccessFactors Implementation and Development:
- Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, or Learning Management.
- Integrate SuccessFactors with SAP ERP and third-party systems using tools like SAP CPI or Boomi.
- Develop custom workflows, interfaces, and extensions to support specific business needs.
- Technical Analysis and Support:
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Perform system troubleshooting, provide issue resolution, and ensure the stability of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors platforms.
- Participate in technical testing, validation, and documentation for new solutions and updates.
- Innovation and Optimization:
- Recommend and implement innovative solutions to enhance HR processes using SAP technologies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and related technologies.
What makes you the perfect candidate
Technical Skills:- Proficiency in ABAP programming, including OOABAP, BAPIs, BADIs, and enhancement frameworks.
- Experience with SAP HCM modules and their related data structures.
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors configuration and implementation.
- Knowledge of SAP integration tools such as SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) or SAP PI/PO.
- Familiarity with HR business processes and workflows.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in SuccessFactors implementation or support.
- Prior involvement in SAP-HR system upgrades or migrations is a plus.
- Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- SAP ABAP and SuccessFactors certifications (preferred).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a dynamic environment.
- Languages:
- High level of English .
- Valuable French.
