As a Regional Demand Planner (m/w/d), you will directly report to our Regional Demand Head and you will join our Department Operations in Vernier. You will use market knowledge to develop, update and maintain the consensus forecast while supporting the effectiveness of the local market supply chain and customer service.

- Strategy design and execution
- Contribute to implementing Demand Planning strategy aligned with Sales and Operations Roadmap
- Project management
- Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in Demand Planning and lead or participate in projects when relevant
- Subject matter expertise
- Create and maintain the consensus forecast by enhancing the statistical forecast with market knowledge, customer forecasts and commercial forecasts
- For assigned market, coordinate and facilitate monthly demand review meetings
- Perform customer visits to understand customers' business challenges, requirements and capabilities
- Coordinate product life cycle management focusing on efficient introduction and timely removal of products
- Identify and implement opportunities for forecast accuracy improvement
- Manage early warning process and collaborate with site planning to ensure availability of capacity and raw materials in time for new win and at optimal cost
- Manage stockholding requests for finished goods
- Manage demand planning hierarchies in system

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, and others
- 2+ years of experience in similar positions
- Strong affinity to systems and analytical tools (SAP, IBP, BI/BO, etc.)
- Fine Fragrances business knowledge
- ERP/MRP
- APICS Certification is nice to have
- Knowledge in Forecasting (Statistical Models)
- Fluency in English and French
