Job Title: Recruiter

Reports to: Global Talent Manager

Location: Drogheda, Ireland

Contract: 3-month FTC

Role Overview

WaterWipes, the world’s purest wipes, is on an ambitious growth journey and has global ambitions. To support continued growth globally, WaterWipes is currently seeking to hire an experienced Recruiter on a 3-month FTC. The primary focus of this role will be overseeing every step of the hiring process, from building relationships to attracting top talent, conducting interviews, ensuring compliance and appointing applicants, all while ensuring that the candidates always have a great experience throughout the process.

The Recruiter will be part of our Talent Development team, which sits within the wider People team, and interact daily with hiring managers, candidates, recruitment agencies and other key stakeholders to create a memorable and seamless experience while attracting the best candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Work with hiring managers to define role requirements, identify recruitment channels, source, screen, interview and assess candidates, and monitor pipelines through to negotiation and candidate acceptance.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process through both direct sources and with external agency partners, ensuring an efficient and cost-effective recruitment process, exists to meet stakeholder needs
  • Lead and manage the interview process with stakeholders including post-interview evaluations with hiring managers and/or People Business Partners as appropriate and providing interview feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
  • Co-ordinate relevant documentation such as offer letters, references, work visas etc.
  • Supporting on improvements to our onboarding process and candidates onboarding experience.
  • Ensure all recruitment standards are consistently delivered in line with our company values of be Brave, be Excellent and be Respectful

Requirements:

  • Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience
  • A passion for delivering a great candidate experience and the ability to be the face of the WaterWipes hiring team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with recruitment processes and systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • A curious and proactive approach in ambiguous situations
  • Great follow up skills to see things through to completion

This is a hybrid working role with a minimum of 2 days onsite in our Drogheda offices each week.
