Overview:

Chemo is a sector leader in the research, development and manufacturing of a broad variety of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and a full range of Finished Dosage Forms (FDFs) for both human and veterinary use in the main treatment areas.
Responsibilities:
Provide company with expert guidance to help the commercial area make pricing decisions and strategies
- Price Analysis and Cost Modeling:
- Conduct detailed price analysis to optimize product and service profitability.
- Develop pricing strategies based on margin analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer price sensitivity.

Market and Customer Analysis:
- Research markets and analyze customer behavior to identify pricing opportunities and forecast trends.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to interpret market needs and adjust pricing policies accordingly.

Optimization of Pricing Strategies:
- Implement and manage dynamic pricing strategies aligned with company and market objectives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current pricing strategies and propose improvements to increase competitiveness and customer acquisition.

KPI and Scorecard Development and Implementation:
- Design, implement, and monitor KPIs related to pricing and margins to facilitate decision-making.
- Create reports, scorecards, and visualization tools for the commercial team and other departments, promoting efficiency and transparency in decision-making.

Cross-Functional Support:
- Work closely with finance, sales, and operations teams to support strategic pricing decisions.
- Ensure alignment of pricing strategies with commercial policies, providing insights to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.

Data Modeling and Analysis:
- Manage and structure databases using visualization tools and programming languages to optimize data analysis.
Qualifications:
Requirements, Skills, and Competencies:
Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in pricing analysis, pricing strategy, or related roles in finance, BI, or sales.
- Prior experience in data analysis, preferably in pricing environments within sectors like retail, technology, consumer goods, or financial services.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong skills in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems, such as SAP or Salesforce, is highly valued.
- Languages:
- Advanced level of Spanish and English (spoken and written). Other languages are an asset.
