We are looking for a Paid Search & Social Specialist to operate as an in-house media buying agency for the Irish market. The successful candidate will be responsible for activating and implementing biddable campaigns with the goal of generating the target volume of quality sales leads, while continuously optimizing the ROI on spend.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute and measure performance marketing activities:
  • Launch, monitor and optimise campaigns across Google and Meta platforms (primarily lead generation but also brand awareness, consideration)
  • Follow agreed media buying best practices for implementation in line PhoneWatch media strategy
  • Quality assure own activation
  • Ensure implementation of tracking (primarily UTM tagging) to allow visibility into campaign performance at all stages of the sales funnel
  • Measure and report performance against target KPIs of lead generation media spend, identify potential deviations and propose alternatives to reach targets
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to optimize the media marketing ROI by interpreting results under different attribution models
  • Actively participate in meetings, training, events etc with Partners (ie google, Facebook) to ensure best practices and innovation in account management

• Strategy, budgeting and forecasting:
  • Input in the development of local strategic roadmap for acquisition
  • Execute marketing spend according to budget and control the spend to avoid deviations
  • Support with forecasting and budgeting processes for biddable channels

• Develop and execute a combined audience and creative testing plan
  • Conduct formal A/B testing plans to optimise campaigns and channels
  • Launch an audience strategy to maximise traffic volume and quality with a focus on personalized messages across the onboarding flow
    

Essential Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years’ experience in Paid Search (Google Ads & Microsoft Ads) and Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest) either in a media agency or in house media environment
• Experience with lead generation and lead generation format (lead gen form) is a must
• Demonstrative experience creating, launching and maintaining digital campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads
• Ability to take full responsibility on performance management, budget pacing, forecasting and optimization across all platforms
• Ability to audit PPC & Paid Social Accounts to identify gaps and opportunities for continuous improvements

• Analytical skills – has ability to ask the right questions, analyse data, draw conclusions and test hypothesis by applying statistical measures
• Excellent technical skills and hands-on experience of Google Marketing Platform
• Excellent technical skills and hands-on experience with Facebook ads manager
• Be able to clearly communicate key findings and suggested development tactics
• Strong understanding of web, digital and emerging marketing technologies
• Able to manage relationship with multiple stakeholders
