We are leading the industry in using big data intelligence to enable the shift from reactive care to proactive population level health management and are looking for a driven Lead Strategic Client Executive to join our Sales Team, based in Dublin, Ireland.

As a Lead Strategic Client Executive your responsibilities will be to:

  • Leverage client and market relationships to grow new business sales pipeline and create demand within assigned territory
  • Analyze market and competitive intelligence to develop sales strategies for highly competitive and complex client opportunities
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships at all levels within the client organization
  • Consult with prospective clients on Oracle Cerner solutions and services and clearly communicate strategy and vision
  • Develop and progress innovative sales proposals that address the specific needs of the client
  • Accurately forecast sales opportunities
  • Lead contract negotiations
  • Manage pipeline and forecast in order to consistently drive sales opportunities to closure against a sales quota

Working Environment

Hybrid & Onsite: No Relocation Assistance Offered

This position offers a Hybrid & Onsite working environment. Meaning you will split working time between a Cerner office or client site and remote. If your current geographical location requires relocating, Cerner will not offer relocation assistance to the specified location.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications :


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • At least 7 years of sales, business development, client relationship management, consulting or client facing work experience
  • Experience working in Healthcare IT
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications :


  • Experience engaging with clients at C-suite level

Expectations :


  • This role will be based in our Dublin Ireland office (which is currently in a hybrid work model)
  • Be willing to travel up to 100% as needed
  • Be willing to work irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
