At Fossil Group, we’re driven by a passion for fashion, design, and technology. We are looking for a dynamic and analytical EMEA Retail Junior Planner to manage product categories, optimize inventory, and boost sales performance across our EMEA Retail Stores.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee product allocation, distribution, and replenishment for a specific product category, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and inventory targets.
• Develop strategies for store allocations based on trends, seasonality, and stock-to-sales.
• Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to drive performance and support promotional activities.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning and Merchandising to shape in-season and pre-season plans.
• Maintain store clusters by volume, capacity, and seasonal needs.
• Provide weekly business updates and insights to the Retail Allocation Manager.
• Partner with teams across Store Operations, Visual Merchandising, and the Distribution Centre to ensure seamless execution.

What You Bring:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in SAP being a strong plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Experience in retail and a background in planning or allocation is ideal.
• Fluent English, and additional European languages are a plus.
