You are enrolled for at least 15 months and can work 20 hours per week on site in our office in Wiesbaden.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

You will answer incoming inquiries and organize incoming and outgoing mail for the HR department.

You will support the payroll department by collecting the necessary documents and processing the documents for signature collection and distribution.

You will process documents and prepare reports on various HR activities such as staffing, recruitment and performance evaluations.

You will actively support the induction of new employees and ensure that they quickly find their way around the company.

You will participate in various HR-related projects and support the maintenance of the Panasonic Connect intranet site as well as the coordination of various learning platform activities.

You will have confident communication with senior team and support them in various topics.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You are enrolled at a German university or comparable higher education institution, ideally studying business administration, business psychology or HR management.

Ideally, you have some relevant experience in HR.

You are business fluent in English, fluent German language skills are an advantage.

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of the MS-Office-package, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is necessary to successfully complete your tasks.
