Job Requirements

We are seeking an ambitious and sports-passionate Trainee to join our Accounting-Team as soon as possible , for one year . The following workload is possible 70-100%.

For this traineeship, you should have some understanding of accounting principles, accounts payable and accounts receivable. You also possess an IT-affinity and high motivation for learning new duties and supporting the team.

Your main tasks

• Booking of purchase invoices
• Issuing and posting of sales invoices
• Taking care of accounts payable and accounts receivable related inquiries from external and internal stakeholders
• Preparation and distribution of customer account statements
• Conducting vendor banc account validations by phone
• Supporting the accounting team in other ad-hoc tasks

Your profile

• You have first experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable or willingness to gain one
• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and further training in finance and accounting
• You have an affinity for IT, strong skills in MS Office programs (especially Excel), and experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics or similar) would be a plus
• You are an enthusiastic and motivated team player
• You are reliable with attention to details and you are solution oriented
• You are highly dedicated to learn and acquire new skills
• You are eager to be part of a dynamic and international environment
• You speak fluent English (C1-Level); German and other languages are always welcome
