We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to join our team in Zurich.
You'll be working with one of our global healthcare clients, serving as the single point of contact for managing technical delivery for large-scale projects in complex systems environments. You should have demonstrable experience of managing offshore delivery teams, strong client-facing experience, and excellent stakeholder management skills, and be able to drive technical improvement and innovation initiatives.
What You'll Do:
- Provide technical leadership and act as an escalation point for technical issues.
- Manage transition and production support using ITIL & SRE methodologies.
- Create high-level and low-level design documents and knowledge base articles.
- Ensure systems, security, and architectural best practices are followed.
Essential Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, including datacentres, RIM, cloud, and security.
- Hands-on experience in at least 2-3 areas such as server infrastructure, virtualization, hosting, datacentre management, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Strong technical delivery leadership for large-scale projects.
- Experience in KT planning and support for new client on-boarding.
- Proven ability to drive technical improvement and innovation initiatives.
- Expertise in transition management and production support using ITIL & SRE methodologies.
Additional Skills:
- Strong understanding of operating systems, security, cloud, and high-availability/disaster recovery.
- Excellent customer service, project management, and quality control skills.
- Ability to lead effective post-mortems and ensure follow-up actions.
- Strong communication skills to report progress to stakeholders, including senior executives and clients.
