The Product Manager will be part of the Incubator Team for the Corporate Banking Program of Lloyds Bank GmbH and can be performed from our offices in Berlin or Amsterdam. The role is supporting diverse front office activities of the Corporate Banking business (CB). The focus is on Product, Client Services and Operations. The role supports the program in developing and implementing new products as well as the already launched businesses around RCF and deposits. The role requires proactive hands-on mentality with strong Stakeholder Management skills and product experience.
Your tasks:
- Sourcing:
- Complete the sourcing process for all third parties in scope of the policy
- Coordination of sourcing initiatives with stakeholders in the business and Compliance
- Conduct regular risk assessment activities of new and existing outsourcing relationships and their subcontractors
- Maintain the overview of internal service provisioning as well as outsourcing and third-party suppliers
- Perform annual and regular review of risk assessments for IT suppliers
- Provide ongoing support to supplier managers in respect to the implementation of the policy treatment standards
- Act as controller to guarantee that the agreed operational Service Agreements, processes and procedures are kept
- Process:
- Conduct process analysis and mapping of existing sourcing related process landscape to identify obstacles, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement relevant processes and technologies to optimize the bank’s internal operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations
- Communicate with shareholders and stakeholders to ensure alignment on proposed changes
- Monitor process audits and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes, gathering feedback and making necessary adjustments
- Create process documentation and guidelines, including standard operating procedures and workflow diagrams.
- Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on new processes and best practices
Your knowledge/experience
- Educated to university degree in Management, Business Informatics, IT or relevant fields
- Experienced in Microsoft Applications (eg. Excel, Powerpoint and Visio), JIRA and Confluence, and any other required application or platform to conduct sourcing and compliance task
- Proven experience in Stakeholder Management
- Thorough understanding of banking processes and operations
- Knowledge and experience in indirect procurement
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Fluent English language skills, German is a plus
