Activities

• Analysis, development, testing of engine diagnostics software.

• Define and release engine software calibration following internal processes.

• Emissions and OBD test plan definition according to the vehicle development plan.

• Vehicle instrumentation and hands-on support to perform specific emission tests.

• Analysis and resolution of issues identified during field tests.

• Support homologation, certification activities on OBD and emission topics.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related fields.

Technical Skills:

• Automotive software development, powertrain OBD J1699 and Emissions regulations.

• Knowledge automotive protocols CAN, LIN, Flexray, UDS.

• Knowledge of VW Group tools and processes will be considered a plus.

• DiagRA, Etas INCA, MDA, Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer).

• Experience with Bosch ECM powertrain ECU.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently with tight deadlines.
