Specifically, when you join the Digital Finance Transformation team in Padua, you will also have the opportunity to work with highly skilled professionals and clients from various industries, building the foundation for your professional career in a collaborative and stimulating environment that values individual growth and encourages open discussions.


You will collaborate with experienced colleagues specializing in functional consulting and you will assist our clients in analyzing, reviewing, and designing processes to support the CFO in decision making.


Specifically, you will be tasked with:

  • Analysis of different industries in order have a deep knowledge of the business requirements in terms of business processes, business models, market analysis, IT landscape. We collaborate both with industrial companies and services companies, some of the businesses involved are industrial manufacturing, fashion, pharma & chemical, utilities, food retail, …
  • Direct support to CFO and the financial department: redesign of processes and procedures and IT Tools enhancement, related to the following topics:
  • Planning: define planning process and key roles for budget, forecasts, business plans, …;
  • Reporting: define reporting models (managerial P&L, industrial controlling reporting, production analysis, industrial variances, …) through financial and business KPIs definition, report layout build up on BI tools and data modeling;
  • Product costing: define main cost elements in line with industrial process and the rule for their attribution to the products;
  • Closing and consolidation: define closing and consolidation logics and timeline.
  • Designing and configuring solutions to support finance and implementing them both with internal skills (ex: Microsoft PBI, Board, Knime, Alteryx, ...) or in collaboration with external parties where needed.
  • Support Italian and international leading companies in various transformation projects playing the role of the project manager as key link among actor involved in the project (business functions, system integrators, investment funds, other consulting companies …). This includes the definition of goals and the project timeline, the management of project summaries and updates meetings and problem-solving sessions.
  • Support the financial department in the digital transformation defining the organizational structure, the skills, the number of personnel required, the training plan, the operating framework and the timeframes needed.


Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics


This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:


  • A master’s degree in Business administration or Management engineering, with excellent results;
  • Excellent knowledge of the English and Italian language, preferably supported by study and/or work experience abroad;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
  • Knowledge of the following topics: Controlling Models, Budget & Forecast, Consolidated Financial Statements (Statutory and Managerial);
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Board and general knowledge of main ERP functionalities will be considered a plus.
