Additionally, in partnership with our local team, you will oversee, assess, and refine our financial business procedures.

Your role

As an Investment Accounting & Reporting Associate Director your main responsibilities will involve

  • Oversee end-to-end procedures for various asset classes within our alternative investment service.
  • Prepare both local and international accounting principles/statutory and quarterly IFRS financial statements.
  • Ensure the quality of the quarterly variance analysis that supports group IFRS reporting.
  • Develop analytic dashboards, inclusive of all comments for the local CRM (Customer Relationship Management) of your client.
  • Resolve operational issues from other business functions, ensuring efficient, high-quality service when providing procedural advice and/or information.


Your Skills and Experience
As an Investment Accounting & Reporting Associate Director your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

  • A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in accounting
  • Familiarity with Alternative Investment products
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Comprehensive understanding of finance, accounting, and operations
  • Proficiency in international IFRS as well as local globally accepted accounting principles and regulatory requirements
  • Experience in alternative investment accounting and affiliate and associate accounting matters is preferred.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, German proficiency is a plus.
