¿Qué buscamos?
Buscamos un/a delegado/a de ventas que quiera unirse al equipo de Respiratorio en el Área de Sevilla.
Necesitamos personas con una fuerte orientación a resultados, capacidad para trabajar en equipo, conocimiento científico, actitud positiva e ilusión para hacer frente a los retos que afrontamos.
Principales responsabilidades:
- Conducir el negocio en su territorio, visitando principalmente AP y otras especialidades…
- Gestionar presupuesto, control de gastos y asegurar la utilización eficiente de los recursos.
- Tener iniciativa para proponer acciones de valor en su zona.
- Identificar oportunidades clave de crecimiento, analizando el territorio desde los datos disponibles e insights de los principales HCP.
- Ejecutar el Plan de acción establecido en los objetivos y tiempos, haciendo seguimiento de todas las acciones llevadas a cabo, y priorizar y segmentar a los clientes, teniendo un fichero óptimo.
- Compromiso con la formación. El trabajo requiere estar constantemente actualizado con las últimas publicaciones en la patología para asegurar interacciones de alto valor científico con los HCP.
- Trabajo cross funcional con el resto de las posiciones de la compañía que trabajan en una misma cuenta.
- Cumplimiento de todas las políticas y procedimientos establecidos, y completar las tareas administrativas requeridas.
¿Por qué tú?
Requisitos básicos:
- Necesaria experiencia previa en puesto similar
- Residencia en Sevilla
- Carnet de conducir
Requisitos valorables:
- Inglés: B2
- Se valorará positivamente tener conocimiento de la Zona
- Preferible experiencia en el área de respiratorio
- Se valorará Licenciatura Universitaria, preferiblemente en Ciencias de la Salud
