Job Details

Join Euroapi Italy team as a Project Engineer; you will give support in Engineering Department’s activities, within the coordination of the Engineering Manager.


Your Responsibilities


You will:


  • Manage specific projects assigned by the Engineering Manager while being committed to ensure a proper execution of the Brindisi Site Capital Investments Plan, ensuring adherence to Engineering Standards regarding design and installation, adherence to the schedule, cost controlling and project closure
  • Participate in the process of approval of a project (starting from the feasibility study) and the subsequent stages of implementation and qualification (IQ, OQ, PQ)
  • Propose, on the basis of the priorities identified by the departments, possible improvement activities with the aim of reducing process costs, de-bottlenecking and/ or improvement of production in terms of yield and performance
  • Collaborate with Departments and Quality in the investigation and in the drafting and implementation of CAPA
  • Be responsible for specific Project Management, monitoring and follow-up according to the Site Performance Plan and ensuring a proper coordination and a transversal cooperation between all Site functions and final customers
  • Work to apply and develop the culture of the guidelines and the respect of fundamentals (HSE, QUALITY, etc…);

The EUROAPI Italy facility is a vast production site with over 240 workers located in the industrial area of Brindisi with a history dating back to 1966. EUROAPI Italy is specialized in the development and manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), including antibiotics, corticosteroids and other intermediates by large scale fermentation under GMP conditions. The Brindisi site is approved by the main health authorities and owns environment and workplace safety certifications.


Our Requirements


Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering


Project Management, Cost controlling, Continuous monitoring behavior;


Main Applicable Italian Law, EU Directives and Technical Normatives knowledge


Documentation Management


Mechanical/Civil/Electrical&Instrumentation disciplines basic knowledge


Open-minded, proactive, open to changes, curious, flexible


General understanding of Performance vision & principles


Ability to understand the general scope and priorities


Ability to propose initiatives and action plans
