The Z Zurich Foundation (the Foundation) is a charitable organization funded by various members of Zurich Insurance Group. What You Will Do

Supports the daily management of the Foundation’s digital solutions.

User request management:

  • Acts as a first point of contact for user requests
  • Manages the dedicated shared mailboxes
  • Responds directly to BAU user requests and support the non-BAU user requests
  • Works with the providers’ technical support team as needed

Program maintenance:

  • Maintains key documents such as program guidelines, privacy policy, terms of use, etc.
  • Identifies improvement opportunities and supports their implementation (using a cost/benefit analysis of any of these opportunities)
  • Support the ongoing strategic analysis of the digital tools ensuring tools remain fit for our purpose
  • Creates new global foundation-led fundraising giving or volunteer opportunities
  • Helps prepare customized global foundation-led campaigns for example, double-matching

User and program management support:

  • Develops training materials for end users and program administrators
  • Runs training sessions for ZZF and Zurich staff
  • Works with the Foundations Finance team on all financial aspects related to the Foundation’s digital solutions
  • Runs existing reports and creates new customized reports as needed
  • Helps prepare program review meetings and follows up on agreed actions
  • Support ad-hoc tasks and process improvements
  • Works with the Foundation’s comms team on Workplace posts, news articles, comms campaigns, the MyImpact hub, etc. related to the Foundation’s global digital solutions
  • Helps prepare touchpoint meetings with the appointed champions as applicable

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree is required in a relevant field
  • Passion for data analytics and IT project management
  • Experience working with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc) and Outlook is critical. Experience with Power BI is desirable
  • Good collaboration skills with an understanding and appreciation for regional and local differences
  • Being comfortable working within geographically distributed and functionally diverse work groups is preferred
  • Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English. Any other language is a plus

The position will be based in Zurich, Switzerland.
