Tasks

• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations
• Provide expert legal advice and support on financial transactions
• Collaborate with other departments such as treasury and accounting
• Review and negotiate contracts with a focus on crossborder transactions
• Support the Finance Legal team in all questions relating to the daily business
  
  
  

Requirements

• Fluency in English
• Resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein
• Completed MLaw, bar admission is an asset
• Demonstrated experience in crossborder transactions
• At least 5 years PQE as a finance lawyer in an international setting
