We are currently looking for a Treasury Operations Specialist (80-100%) in order to strengthen our Treasury team. This role is to be based at our offices in Olten, Switzerland and reports to our Head Treasury Management.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Manage and improve Treasury reporting cycles/-process
• Optimize & support Treasury manuals & process documentation
• Support the development of the Business Continuity Plan and the Treasury systems landscape
• Manage and support Treasury/IT interfaces
• Participate in Treasury related projects and manage process meetings
• Execution of Treasury operative tasks (e.g. FX, e-banking administration, master data)
  
  

Your profil

• Completed education in finance / Treasury (EFZ/CAS/HF/FH/SCT)
• Several years of hands-on Treasury expertise, ideally in a similar environment (energy or bank / finance)
• Experience in FX Management as well as in project and process management
• Solid problem-solving skills and continuous improvement mindset with strong IT affinity
• Excellent communication skills
• Pragmatic, analytical and detailed-oriented
• Fluency in German and English required, any other language a plus
